Celebrate Greek heritage with traditional food, dance and
fun. Activities take place all day at the Long Grove Café
near the Mill Pond, on Robert Parker Coffin Road. Hours
are 11 AM to 8 PM. Admission and parking are free.
For the fifth year, Bill Hristakos, owner of the Long Grove
Café, will host this special addition to the historic
business district’s calendar of events as a tribute to his
Greek heritage. All activities will take place by the restaurant,
located within the Mill Pond cluster of shops (location
11 on the village map).

lamb, shish-kabob, gyros, and spinach pie. Classic desserts
such as baklava, and galaktoboureko, a creamy custard
in phyllo dough, will also be available. |

| The restaurant, with its expansive outdoor patio,
will offer its regular lunch and dinner menu, along
